Alva is an entry-level robotic lawn mower powered by industrial-grade RTK for precise navigation and path planning, and AI-powered smart vision technology for easy operation and dynamic obstacle avoidance.
Alva uses smart RTK and AI vision sensors to map your lawn and navigate autonomously. This advanced technology allows it to actively avoid obstacles and mow efficiently without the need for any physical boundary wires.
It's designed for medium to large yards even with tricky terrain, with a mowing capacity to handle areas up to 2,000 m² (21,000 sq ft) per day. If mowing twice a week, the total area could be up to 6,000 ㎡ (3 days mowing in a row).
Good news, it's easy! No boundary wires are required, making installation quick and hassle-free.

◦ Step 4: Connect the SveaMow App and pair the mower.
◦ Step 5: Create a work zone and customize your mowing settings.

Step 1: Find an ideal location for the RTK base station - a flat spot with a 120 degree clearance above the RTK base station free of any obstruction. Keep the antenna away (at least 500 meters/1,600 ft) from cell towers, high-voltage cables, and bodies of water like lakes, as they may affect satellite signal reception.
Step 2: Ensure the mount or tripod is stable and secure. The RTK antenna should point vertically upward for the best reception.
Step 3: Attach the RTK antenna to the mount or tripod. Screw on the radio antenna. Connect the power cable to the RTK antenna.
Step 4: Connect to power.
Alva also supports NTRIP. When using NTRIP, there’s no need to install a base station. Simply prepare your account information and connect to the NTRIP network by following the instructions in the SveaMow App. This method is simpler, easier, and more convenient, making it our recommended first choice.
Yes, when using NTRIP mode, the mower must maintain a continuous internet connection to ensure optimal positioning accuracy. If you are using the base station mode, the mower does not need to be connected to the internet all the time, but it must maintain an effective communication distance of 400 meters with the base station.
Nope! Alva is designed for DIY installation. Its wire-free technology and user-friendly App make it easy for homeowners to set up and start using it immediately.
Yes, the Alva can handle inclines up to 65% (33°), making it suitable for uneven or hilly terrains.
Alva is equipped with a rain sensor that ensures it only operates in appropriate weather conditions. This protects both the mower and your lawn.
The Alva cuts grass into fine clippings that are left on the lawn as natural fertilizer, promoting healthy growth and reducing waste.

In cases of obstructions or interference, the GPS may struggle to provide accurate positioning. For this reason, we do not recommend using Alva for mowing at night.
Alva can be controlled via the SveaMow App, available from the iOS App Store and Google Play for Android. The App allows you to set up your base station, connect to NTRIP, create maps, adjust cutting height, set schedules, and monitor the mower’s progress, all in one handy place. You can even access it remotely if you're on the go! Through OTA, SveaMow delivers seamless feature upgrades, bug fixes, and improved performance without being noticed.
Yes, Alva is equipped with an advanced sensor with AI-powered algorithms to detect and avoid obstacles like trees, furniture, garden decorations, or animals!
Alva’s battery provides 2 hours of mowing on a single charge. Alva returns to its charging station when the battery is 10%, and continues to mow when it reaches 80% (adjustable on App), which provides the highest mowing efficiency.
Charging time is typically 1 hour from 0-100%, depending on the battery level. With auto-recharge technology, Alva is always on the run!
Yes, Alva comes with anti-theft feature like alarms on the App and real-time GPS tracking for added security.
