Blix is derived from the Swedish word "Blixt," meaning a flash of lightning. We wanted a name that captured the speed and efficiency of our robotic lawn mower, and we think we've nailed it!

Blix uses its super-smart eyes (LiDAR and Vision sensors) to learn and navigate your yard like a pro. Wanna know more about how it works its magic? Check out our blog here.

You will get your Blix (of course), a charging deck with power adapter, a weather shed, two wheel spikes, a set of 6 spare blades, many pegs and screws, and a tool set for easy installation.

We’re always growing our lawn-loving family! While Blix is perfect for most lawns, we're cooking up a high-cut version for taller grass. Stay tuned for something new, coming in early 2025!

Setting up Blix is a breeze! Just find a flat area for its home base (the charging station), connect it to your phone app, and drive Blix to explore your yard. Think of it as teaching Blix the ropes! Our easy-to-follow tutorial will guide you through every step.

Yes! The weather shed helps Blix return to its sweet home. Also, it keeps Blix safe from the elements and ready for its next mow.

Nope, Blix likes its designated shelter. You'll need to use the provided kit.

Blix has an IPX5 rating, so a little rain won't hurt. However, mowing wet grass can stress your lawn and hinder a clean cut. That's why we put a rain sensor on Blix which will send it back home automatically when rain starts to fall.

Blix is a master of maintenance, not a jungle conqueror. For overgrown lawns, try a two-pass mode with Blix: mow at the highest setting, and allow the grass to recover before a lower cut.

Blix is a gentle little guy. It's equipped with safety features like lift and collision sensors to protect everyone in your yard. Plus, you can keep an eye on Blix with the GPS and theft alert features on the app.

Nope. Create as many as you need.

Don't worry. Blix got robust wheels that can travel through different terrians effortlessly. Install wheel spikes (included in your package) when needed!

Not a problem. Blix can manage multiple zones. Simply drive along the fence to set up virtual boundaries.

Blix is not suitable for environments that are excessively open, such as areas with flat lawns extending within a 40-meter radius and devoid of any obstacles.

No! Blix is mostly a lone wolf when it comes to mowing. It only needs a quick internet check-in to sync up with your phone and download its mission. Once it knows the plan, it’s off on its own.

Make sure your SIM card is activated, and turn off any PIN codes or passwords. Still running into trouble? Just reach out to us!

Keeping Blix and its app in tip-top shape is easy! We'll send you friendly reminders when there is an update. Just a few taps in the app to keep Blix running smoothly.

A quick rinse under the garden hose once a week will keep Blix feeling fresh and ready for action. It's like a spa day for your robot mower!

We'll let you know when it's time to give Blix a new set of teeth. Your app will send you a friendly reminder when those blades need sharpening.

Blix comes with a 2-year warranty to protect you from any unexpected mishaps. This covers Blix, not its consumable parts (blades and wheels etc.).
